All prices in TEI webshop are in Swedish crowns SEK and include Swedish VAT. In case of price changes the customer will receive the price given at the time the order was placed.
Once an order has been sent to order@imaginedbytei.com we will respond with an Order confirmation. This Order confirmation also include calculated Freight charges and information about how to pay*. The order number on this confirmation should be indicated in all correspondence with TEI regarding the order in question.
If, for any reason, you don't accept this order confirmation you can opt to cancel your order. In such case please inform us as soon as possible.
* Currently we only accept Swish payments.
We ship orders on a continual basis and in normal circumstances your order will be shipped at the latest within 3-6 working days after received payment. Please note that after this is additional shipping time. TEI will not take responsibility for delays caused by the postal carriers.
We retain the right to charge a minimum of 180 SEK for packages not claimed by the customer and returned to us, to help cover our freight and handling charges. Payment is due within 14 days from invoice date.
You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that you cannot return or exchange sale priced merchandise. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products in unopened condition. The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. TEI webshop follow the Swedish Consumer Agency guidelines regarding customer complaints, which includes a 3 year right to return (in Sweden). Please contact us before returning any products.

TEI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price.

The data you provide us with when placing an order is only used to handle your purchase in our online shop. The processing operations carried out with your data are: delivery, including notifications and contacts regarding the delivery; handling the payment; handling any future complaints and warranty cases. The data we have on you is: name, contact information (address, delivery address, email and telephone number), payment information, purchase information (for e.g. which items have been purchased and if they are being delivered to another address). Receiving your personal data is required for us to fulfill our obligations under the purchase agreement. The data is stored until the transaction is completed (including delivery and payment) and for up to 24 months after that in order to be able to process any future complaints and warranty cases.
